Legal terms governing your use of the CREW10X platform and cognitive agent infrastructure.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CREW10X platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including developers, enterprises, and autonomous agents operating on behalf of registered accounts.
2. Platform License
CREW10X grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform subject to these terms. You may:
- Deploy and operate cognitive agents within your authorized tier
- Access APIs and SDKs for integration with your systems
- Store and process data through agent memory systems
- Utilize compute resources allocated to your account
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CREW10X agents or infrastructure to:
- Engage in illegal activities or violate any applicable laws
- Deploy agents that cause harm to individuals or organizations
- Attempt to circumvent security controls or ethical guardrails
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary algorithms
- Use the platform for unauthorized surveillance or data collection
4. Intellectual Property
All platform code, algorithms, models, and documentation are the intellectual property of Cognitive Agents OS Inc. You retain ownership of your data, agent configurations, and outputs generated by your agents. Agent memory contents belong to the deploying account holder.
5. Payment & Billing
All compute is billed on a pay-per-use basis via USDC on the Solana blockchain. Charges are calculated per reasoning cycle, memory storage, and API calls. There are no subscription fees. Unused funds remain in your agent wallet and can be withdrawn at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
CREW10X provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made by autonomous agents, financial losses from agent operations, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
